After a 5 hours and 30 minutes flight we land on an island which I believe should be on the list of “Paradise”.
The driver meets us at the airport and takes us to this wonderful boutique resort. The staff greets us at arrival and gets us all settled.
After having a great meal for lunch, guess what was on our plate 😃
A rest in the summer chair and then the SUP had to get sorted.
Took it for a few runs and what an amazing place. The beaches are almost empty and you would almost believe you are alone.
Now time for dinner at the wonderful restaurant overlooking the sea. It is so nicely decorated.
Time to hit the road again and spend a couple of days abroad. As usual it starts with a flight and itsfun how different it can be even with the same airliner. Last week I was on an A380:

But hey, it could be a lot worse with no screen and broken seats and dirty and broken carpets. Have to go back into the archives and find a picture I took on a Wizz Air flight once 😃 haha that was funny.
Well, another work related trip so not much to write home about.
Just got myself a SUP and it’s so much fun.
The Red Paddle Sport 2017 model is a great board. Inflatable but very stable.
A day at the beach and lots of sun, perfect to recharge and fill myself with energy.
The other day I was looking at the camera of the air plane, which I usually do. And the A380 has the camera mounted on the tail so you can see the aircraft which is in my opinion so cool at take off and landing. So as always I switch on the camera while taxi to the runway and to my surprise I see we have extra PAX on the plane…these free riders…
As we can see on the video I would recommend wearing seatbelt during take off and landing and while seated 😃
I know this is nothing new but isn’t it amazing that while enjoying the fantastic service onboard an Emirates flight on one of their “few” A380’s you browse the internet, listen to Spotify (without even having to plan for offline mode) and post this.
Isn’t life great!
